Blended Massage: A therapeutic massage using a blending of techniques to create the massage that suites you best. Techniques used may include a combination of deep tissue, swedish, myofascial, and trigger point release as needed.

Myofascial: An integrated massage where the emphasis is on the use of myofascial / fascia release techniques to undo restrictions between muscle and fascia. Such restrictions can effect your whole physiogonomy and cause pain with movement.

Trigger point Release: A blended massage where the emphasis is the release of those points in the muscles which present as sore to the touch or touch cause a soreness or pressure sensation elsewhere, other than the point being touched. Using medium pressure and energy work, the points is released and normal blood flow the the area restored. The technique is especially useful for neck and shoulder pain, due to trauma. Back, low back, and localized areas of pain respond well to this treatment.
